How do you tap into a market where there are only a handful of players? That was the question BlackBox Logic, a data and solutions provider in the mortgage-backed securities market, faced as they embarked on a re-brand for their online and print collateral.

Process/Methods:

To help BlackBox Logic craft their message, we reached out to current clients to collect feedback on topics ranging from why they chose BlackBox Logic over other providers, to reasons they may still engage other providers and suggestions for content they’d like to see in a new website and marketing brochures.

Results:

BlackBox Logic launched a new website with new branding partially based on the information we collected from their customers. Customer feedback ultimately led to new messaging, testimonials our researcher collected, as well as enhanced website functionality.
