Our experience in product development research is wide-ranging, focusing on all phases of the process. Checking in with consumers, whether in early phases of concept development or later stages of concept testing, arbitration or validation is invaluable in making sure that assumptions made in the development process are in line with consumer expectations.

At all phases of the product development process, our consumer-facing approach helps clients identify opportunities for product improvement while highlighting possible roadblocks. We do not believe in asking to play the lead in the design and development process, but rather use design research as one tool in the overall concept development process.
